Then I went to check on him the next day. I got there and another BST who I’d ran into a time or two was soloing Ancient Goobbue, so I hung back and let him do his thing and see what happened. At about 10% though, an RMT party showed up to exp off of Crawlers in the area. Since they showed up, I kind of knew what was gonna happen so I got up to get a closer look. At 1%, the BSTs pet died so he was forced to get another for a measly 1%. Of course, on his swap, the RMT party provoked Ancient Goobbue. I try to claim with Charm so that they don’t get it so I could possibly give back to the BST, since I know how shitty it is to have NMs stolen from you, but they got claim anyways seconds later. Then…the best part, they fight for more than a full minute, and can’t even take off 1% HP. I thought they second they claimed that it was over, but he of course used Hundred Fists and dropped the BLM and NIN instantly. Then the THF Perfect Dodged, and fought for well over 45 seconds and still couldn’t shave off that 1%. The whole time the RDM was trying to nuke and got off a Fire III and Stone II for 4 and 12 damage respectively. In the end…
